Width: Take a sample and measure the Width with the help of a measuring scale.

Height: Take a sample and measure the Height with the help of a measuring scale.

              Take random 3 samples measuring and note down the reading.

4. Bursting strength:

                            it test performed, cut the sample 10×10 cm and put the sample bursting strength tester then pressure created the result appeared. Its unit is kg/cm2 .

5. Thickness of board paper:

With the help of a Vernier caliper measure the thickness of different positions. Take the reading and note it down. Compare the reading limit with stp/spec

Grammage =          —————————-      x 100×100

                                      10 cm x10 cm

  Units             Gram/m2

  Grammage limit as per given stp/spec
